TESTIMONIALS

Ron Anderson is relied on by the entertainment indusrty for both improving the sound of the voices that shape our world, but repairing them and keeping them strong on the road.

Here are some thoughtful words from his past and current clients:

Avril"Ron is without a doubt one of the most effective vocal coaches i have ever worked with. His vocal exercises and techniques keep my voice fit and strong on long tours and in the studio".

- Avril Lavigne

Joss"I'm not too good with techniques but the warmups really help me no end almost everyday, when recording my album in the Bahamas I would take a walk down to the ocean, put my feet in the water and do the warmups that Ron has taught me. It really opened me up and made my life a lot easier. He is great!"

-Joss Stone

Cindi"Remarkably appealing...the vocal power of Whitney Houston with the feel-good-around-the edges shimmer of Shania Twain." - The New Yorker Cyndi was born in Marseilles, France in 1984. She first realized she wanted to be a singer when she saw the breathtaking performance of Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You' from the film 'The Bodyguard'. She practiced her own vocal techniques to this track, at first singing to herself, then her family and then in school. This led to her parents sending her to singing school followed by private lessons; later her vocal coaches included the industry legend Ron Anderson. Cyndi also loved the songs of Jacques Brel and Edith Piaf, however always continued to sing her original favorite 'I Will Always Love You'

The Prom Kings"The prom kings are back, and kicking ass as well. the last album was over produced, and two of the members are no longer with them. they have three new guys, and are ready 2 rock! u will see soon, as there story will unfold on the TV show twenty four seven on M.T.V coming out on dec. 6th. I am Chris's best friend, and work with now, keeping him out of trouble, and taking him to Ron Anderson, the best vocal coach in the world, so if u thought he could sing before, just watch him now."

ShadowsIn October 2002, the band announced that Shadows was experiencing problems in his vocal cords, due to their active touring, and that his doctor advised him to take a short break from touring to prevent further damage. After the release of City of Evil a false rumor started circulating, saying that the reason that he dropped screaming vocals was either due to a ripped vocal cord or a blown blood vessel in the back of his throat. Despite having a blood vessel removed from his vocal cords that would flame up and close his throat, this was evidently not a cause for the change.
M. Shadows, after going through the surgery described above, made significant changes in his vocal style for City of Evil. After stopping screaming following the aforementioned vocal chord surgery, Shadows turned to RonAnderson, a vocal coach that had previously worked with Axl Rose and Chris Cornell. Shadows was specifically looking to add a more gritty, raspy tone to his voice and worked with Anderson for several months on this before City of Evil was recorded.
